[ END-TO-END DEVELOPMENT ]
We guide products through the friction of reality. From abstract concept to final release, we navigate the complexity of engineering and manufacturing to ensure your vision survives the journey.
[ SERVICES & EXPERTISE ]

We shape products from early concept to refined form, combining usability, aesthetics, and technical constraints to create designs that are both desirable and buildable.
VIEW SERVICE
We engineer the inside of your product. Structures, mechanisms, tolerances, and thermals, resolved in CAD and proven through analysis so what we draw survives the factory and the field.
VIEW SERVICE
We help founders turn an ambition into a buildable plan. Product definition, roadmap, and the trade-offs between cost, time, and ambition, clarified before a single part is tooled.
VIEW SERVICEActivated as needed to support complex product challenges and complement our core services.

We've helped many of our clients launch their crowdfunding campaigns, and we share that experience with you.
With hyper realistic renderings, we help you convey your idea to your audience on social networks and increase engagement.
A well-designed landing page for crowdfunding is crucial as it can attract and convert potential backers into actual supporters.
[ FAQ ]
We take hardware from a concept to a factory that can build it. Industrial design, mechanical engineering, electronics and firmware, prototyping, rendering and product strategy, in one studio rather than spread across three suppliers. Since 2017 we have delivered 150+ projects, and 50+ of them have shipped as real products.
It depends on the product and how far you want to take it, which is why our contact form asks for a budget band instead of quoting a list price. Tooling is always a separate capital cost quoted by the factory, never folded into our engineering fees. You get a rough order of cost on the first call, before committing to anything.
Both. Schematic and PCB design, embedded firmware, over-the-air updates, sensor integration, and preparation for EMC and FCC testing. On KORU, the same team that designed the enclosure also laid out the moisture, air-quality, temperature and light sensors and the self-watering system.
That is the whole point of the studio. We design against tooling from the start: draft angles, wall thickness, parting lines, tolerance stacks and assembly sequence. On Glow Saunas our 3D models went straight to the manufacturers for tooling and tolerance validation.
Most of our clients are outside the UK: North America, Europe, Australia and the Gulf. The team spans five time zones, and projects run remotely on scheduled reviews rather than open-ended calls.
No. Most clients arrive with a sketch, a spec written in a document, or just a problem they want solved. The first phase exists to turn that into a defined product: constraints, users, technical architecture and a plan with gates. Coming in early is usually cheaper than coming in after a direction has been locked and has to be undone.
An early concept phase is usually a few weeks. A full programme from concept to manufacturing-ready documentation typically runs several months, and it is the electronics, certification and tooling steps that stretch a timeline, not the design work. We set the phase roadmap at the start, so you always know which decision comes next and when it lands.
Yes, and we have. KORU funded at over 1000% of its goal on Indiegogo, raising $110,000+ USD. That takes more than renders: first a product that survives scrutiny, then the visuals, the animations and the landing page that make backers believe in it.
Consumer electronics, smart home, wearables, medical-adjacent devices, industrial and heavy equipment, and aerospace. The range runs from a plant-based air purifier to the eXalt SOLO light sport aircraft, which secured $1.5M in government funding and assembles in 40 hours without specialised tools.
Book a thirty-minute call. You leave it with a view on feasibility, a rough order of cost, and the next three things worth doing. No charge, no obligation.

[ THE PROCESS ]
We don't just hand over drawings. We guide your product through every gate of the development cycle, ensuring the bridge between abstract idea and mass manufacturing is crossed with precision.
START A PROJECTClarifying objectives, constraints, users, and technical realities to align vision, feasibility, and business goals from day one. We establish a solid product foundation before a single line is drawn.
PRODUCT BRIEF • CONSTRAINTS • USERS
Exploring multiple design directions through sketches, rough CAD, and rapid concept exploration to open the solution space. We value divergent thinking here to ensure no opportunity is missed.
IDEATION • PRE-CONCEPTS • SKETCHES
Converging on the strongest direction through engineering analysis, user testing, and stakeholder alignment. Every detail is validated before committing to development.
VALIDATION • USER TESTING • CONVERGENCE
Building compelling visual assets, pitch materials, and campaign strategies to secure funding and communicate product value to investors and early adopters.
RENDERS • PITCH DECKS • CAMPAIGNS
Material selection, tooling design, process engineering, and tolerance analysis. We prepare complete manufacturing documentation packages ready for production.

[ OUR APPROACH ]
We believe the success of a product is determined long before it reaches the market. Our approach focuses on building strong foundations during the earliest stages of ideation.
Iterating during concept development is fast, flexible and cost-efficient. When changes happen later in development, costs increase dramatically. This is why we align design, engineering and strategy from the start to build robust concepts and avoid costly redesigns.
